C&P Immobilien AG, founded in 2006, develops, sells and manages apartments. The Styrian company’s office is in the Brewery Quarter in Puntigam, Graz. A total of 152 employees work at six locations (Graz, Vienna, Klagenfurt, Berlin, Munich and Dubai).

Purchasers are primarily investors looking for income or additional income from renting out apartments they have bought. Since 2011, C&P has been the Austrian market leader for investor apartments in the private customer segment.
